Classes
Please wear workout clothes that are clean and comfortable and allow for full range of motion.
Avoid loose fitting clothes that could interfere with movements.
If you have long hair, please ensure it is properly secured so it does not get caught in the springs.
No gum in class. It is a choking hazard.
No cell phones in studio. Please leave them in the cubbies on silent.
Please arrive on time. We have a 10-minute grace period at the instructor’s discretion. This is for the safety of our clients and to minimize distractions.
We ask that you wipe down your equipment after each class.
Unattended use of equipment is not allowed. Equipment may only be used with instructor supervision.
Instructors are subject to change. Any instructor changes will be noted on our group class schedule page as soon as the change is known.
Cancellations
Group Sessions are run with a minimum of 2 clients scheduled. If a session has only one client booked, the session will be canceled 12 hours in advance. The client will be contacted and given the option of purchasing a Private Session for that time period at a discounted rate.
Clients must cancel their booking no less than 12 hours in advance, or lose their class credit. We are a small studio, and this allows others adequate time to book into the class in your place. All cancellations must be made through your scheduling app to allow those on the wait list to be notified.
Private Sessions must be canceled no less than 24 hours in advance, or lose your session credit. Availability for Private Sessions is limited, please give as much notice as possible so that we may open it up to others as able.
Exceptions can be made for illness or emergency at owner discretion. Cancel as usual through the scheduling app and then contact us via email and text as soon as possible.
Late cancellations due to inclement weather will be excused. If you feel road conditions to be at all unsafe, we urge you not to attempt to drive to make a session or appointment. Please cancel through the scheduling app and text or call to let us know you will not be able to attend to avoid a no-show penalty.
Session cancellations due to inclement weather will always be reflected in the Online Scheduler, and you will be notified ASAP.
Purchases
Advance payment is required to sign up for classes or appointments. Classes and appointments can be made on our website, through the Momence Scheduling App, at the studio, or by phone.
Group sessions and private packages have expiration dates after activation. Special promotions and packages may have unique expiration dates.
All sales are final. There are no refunds. However, you may exchange services or “gift” your remaining sessions to another client. Session Packs can not be split between multiple clients.
We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. There will be a $30 service fee for rejected check or credit card payments.
Membership Freeze
Members may freeze their account once per year, for up to one month, for any reason (ie: vacation). This will extend the expiration date on your packages for up to 30 days.
Two week’s notice is required to freeze your account.
Medical freezes may require a doctor’s note for anything over one month.
Expiration of Class Packs
Session 10 packs expire after 90 days of first use.
Private Session 3 packs expire 30 days after first use.
Private Session 10 packs expire 90 days after first use.
Class Times
All group sessions are 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes to spare to allow for questions, additional help, clean up, future scheduling and/or payment.
Private sessions are 50 minutes long.
